    "The Twins will come from different direction...." I believe this to be 100% true. It was interesting that in the summary there is no mention of the manager and coaching changes. Seth is that becasue you don't think a manager and coaches have a big impact?

    Let me clarify! There are many people that still hold the notion that the Twins have little money to sign players. For years the "poor small market Twins" was the mantra of how unlike Sisyphus the Twins were able to reach the mountain top, at least division titles, on a meager budget. That idea still gets into discussions about getting players. This is not the 2000 ish Twins with bad attendance and very little income. Signing one player doesn't mean they can't sign another they have plenty of money to do both and more. I'll go sit in the corner now!!

    "Right now the Twins have a sorta crowded outfield....." I would disagree. Today we don't have one quality outfielder on the team. Willy can not play defense, if he is hitting 30+ hr and 100+ rbi you can live with it. But not today. Arcia is a DH in the making and my hope is he comes close to Ortiz light as a DH as he also is not a good enough defender. The rest, Clete, Elvis, Herman, Parm, Doumit,......are all sub major league level outfielders, imo. Hick remains unknown and it's still a ways off for other minor league help.

    "Gardenhire and Ryan are not the problem here, 6 division championships in 9 years proves that." Living in the past is fine when the present and near future are this bad. Haven't won a playoff series since 2002, 0-12 playoff record going not sure that's a lot to hang your hat on at this point.
