There's no doubt in my mind that if Gardy were to go, that Gene Glynn would be the next manager. The Twins aren't going to go outside of the organization, that's just not the way they do things (although one could argue they went outside the organization to bring him here in 2012). Rochester was 53-91 in 2011 under Nieto and improved to 72-72 in '12 and 77-67 this year. My guess is they tell Gardy that he can stay, but Andy would need to go, so Gardy opts not to return.

Pretty so-so logo, but I'm just excited to have the festivities here. I was at the '85 All-Star Game as an 8 year old with my Grandpa and would love to take him along with my kids next year. He'll be 93.

Effective July 17, ESPN will be shutting down forums permanently.

Yeah, I couldn't think of anywhere either. They'll have to be happy with going to a bar. They're White Sox fans anyway....

Have some family coming into town for a game in August and they want to tailgate prior to the game. Is there somewhere anyone can suggest to park near Target Field that allows tailgating?
  7. Musk21
I'll bet Dave St. Peter knows the answer.

No one had Vince Flynn or country singer Slim Whitman, who also died today at 90.

I'm probably still in the dark ages, but I used TweetDeck for Twitter and Facebook on my Android phone and loved it. Seems as though Twitter has shut it down for Android, so now I'm looking for a new app. Any suggestions? Just not a fan of Twitter's app at all.

Maybe so, but it seems to be in the same position it was in '08 and '09. After a disastrous '07 under Brewster using Mason's players, the Gophers were 7-6 (3-5) and 6-7 (3-5) in '08 & '09 with berths in the Insight Bowl. Hope you're right...But when your only Big Ten wins are against Purdue and Illinois and your 2013 recruiting class ranks last for the 2nd straight year, color me unimpressed.

For what? 6-7 (2-6 in the Big Ten) and an appearance in the Meineke Car Care Bowl?

    Hey, that was my post!

Marshall was traded from Denver to Miami in 2010 for 2 2nd round picks. Then Chicago acquired him from Miami last offseason for 2 3rd round picks. I think the Vikings could probably get a 2nd round pick for Harvin and perhaps a 2nd pick for 2014 that would depend on Harvin's health or playing time (A 4th that could become a 3rd?).
  23. Musk21
You had him on your list in 2011.
