    Joe, First off, Peterson has basically gotten rid of his early fumble problems (6 total fumbles past 3 seasons), and has improved quite a bit in the passing game as well. For whatever reason they decide not to include him in more screens etc which makes no sense to me. Also as a pass blocker he has improved quite a bit as well, he isn't horrible like you say. And you referring to his fumble problems and passing game problems leads me to believe you haven't watched a Vikings game in any of the past 3 years. As far as he not even being better then Foster....well that is just on a whole nother level of absurdness we haven't seen since the Itstimetotakeit melt down. Peterson 6.3 yards per carry. Foster 4.0 NTM Foster actually has a better o line and a team with a pretty deadly passing game, Peterson is doing this all against NINE! men in the box.

    Yeah, I think they try to get rid of him before the start of next season personally, in season trades seem tough to pull off. I'd try to get a 2 or a 3 for him. Then use a 3rd and maybe a 4th or 5th to try to land Cousins from Washington, or a 4th alone to land Alex Smith. Go out and sign one of the good WR's on the market, and draft another one to be your #2 (I like Kenny Stills) in the 2nd or 3rd round.

    I really don't see the Rangers getting a a point where they "panic" and overpay for a guy like Willingham: they still have Cruz and Murphy in the outfield. Martin could be close to ready as well. In addition if they feel Olt is ready, they could move Kinsler to the OF potentially as well. In addition, its not like Willingham is the only OF available, they could probably land Kubel pretty cheaply as well.

    Pig this has been very close to unbearable the past couple days. Could we just start a kick starter camapign to make up the difference on whatever you guys are making on these pop up ads to get rid of them? I'd gladly pay a $5 a month charge.

    Thank you! This is very true and exactly spot on. Who cares anyways? I could care less if the Pohlads make 1 dollar or 100 million dollars a year, all I care about is the team. The Pohlads have no obligation to spend X amount of revenue each yeah on players. Like any other business in America they have to make sure they spend enough to keep customers coming back though.

    This isn't obviously directed at you: But...one thing I find annoying is people constantly complaining about owners wanting to "make" money. Sure, it would be nice if the Pohlads could just throw around money and not care about profits, but at the end of the day it is a business. If someone doesn't like the product, then stop going/watching. Reading thread after thread about how much people think the Twins payroll should be etc gives me some serious tired head.

    Well he is getting paid 40% more each year. I actually like Correia in that scenario to be honest. With Liriano you have to basically catch lightning in a bottle.
