    That will work! Seems like the twins are starting to get some of those "bounces" they were getting in May.

    It worked out, but I HATE bunting in both of those situations.

    Interesting. I'd gladly bring in shields as he would instantly be our best current pitcher.

    The best solution at this point is to send him to the pen (essentially shutting him down this year), and call up Berrios to take his sport in the rotation.

    I could have sworn shields was claimed and then was pulled back (thus making him ineligible to be traded for all intents and purposes) could be wrong.

    Verlander has struck out 23 and given up one earned run in his last 3 starts. He is most likely back. Has looked like the Verlander of old ever since that twins start (where the twins had the comeback to end all comebacks in the 9th)

    "That Doug Bernier looks like he could help out!" Also, silly question, by why does Ryan need to see Berrios before he pulls the trigger to call him up? Doesn't he have like 20 people employed under him who he can goto for advice on this? Is anyone on a rehab in AAA now?
