    With few exceptions, a HR isn't in reach of a defender. The stat was conceived as trying to find the effect of defense. It's a bit on the quick-and-dirty side - they don't separate out inside-the-park HRs even those are completely in play.

    Counter-intuitively, it does not. / edit - sac bunt, I mean. A sac fly would ruin it. I guess the logic is that you intend to bunt, but a sac fly is more or less just a regular attempt for glory.
