    Our daughter hiked the Grand Canyon a couple of weeks ago - 48 miles or whatever. If Arcia needs any tips on getting out, have him get in touch with me and I'll pass his questions along. / edit: the team trainers can at minimum make sure Arcia is staying hydrated
