Nice job Homey! Ok Burt, don't screw this up, I have enough drywall repair to do.
  4. twinsnorth49
    That's pretty avearge CF.....
  5. twinsnorth49
    Me Doumit, me hit ball....

I'm not sure Gardy is managing to save his job but he is a central figure and willing participant in continuing this charade that this can be a remotely competitve team. All in all, you're right, it 's not good for the development of young players to be part of such a scenario. The game plan is off the rails, let's see if it takes the appropriate course come the trade deadline, that's my last stop with this FO crew.

At 23 and after 48 games he's labelled as "average"? Sure, he's struggled but don't you think that assessment is a bit premature? He's flashed some power, is becoming steadier in CF and seems to at least have some kind of clue from the right side.
  8. twinsnorth49
Seriously? Without at least giving him some time in AAA, where he's never even played before.

Hicks should be in Rochester and I would hardly accuse Arcia of taking a step back, considering he was yo-yo'ed all over the outfield in between rests on the bench. Both those guys are still a big part of the future and I believe Parmelee is as well. Plouffe and Dozier, I'm not so sure, both are placeholders anyway.

This right here, why was he the first choice for Ryan? Even at 26 and out of options he didn't have to be, nor probably should have been their first choice. That's the baffling part and I'm not even much of a Benson fan.

A common sentiment but Jesus, how do you watch this team without drinking!?
  12. twinsnorth49
This is pretty much the heart if it and I think Chief stated something similar earlier, have your opinions on Benson all you like but it still makes little sense for a player like Benson to be exposed considering some of the dreck on this 40 man.

It will be intesting to see whether the "consistancy" bar will be set at the same height for Worley as it seems to be for Gibson, not that any of us know what that is. How many consistant outings does Vanimal need before a return trip to the TC's?

Winners of 2 of our last 3 I might add.....too positive?
  15. twinsnorth49
Carroll with the 6 year old softball player catch.

  17. twinsnorth49
Yes, I had the glove on my foot, I'm Canadian, not stupid.
  18. twinsnorth49
A Maple Leaf thong, woolen batting glove and a Molsons...sounds like my Grad night!
  19. twinsnorth49
    A beaver pelt......get it?.....Beaver....heh, heh
  20. twinsnorth49
    Isn't he back in AA......again.
  21. twinsnorth49
Natasha will not be happy about that pitch to Parms.
  22. twinsnorth49
    Finallllyyy, Parmeleeeeee!!!
  23. twinsnorth49
    Flea market for FA pitching.
  24. twinsnorth49
The Twins are the team with 5, the Brewers have 3.
  25. twinsnorth49
Vavra didn't know that was Mornie.....right? And can the Hicks hitting from the left side thing end now?.....Please.
