  1. Exactly, this applies to Vargas as well. Nothing to be gained at this point from either of them mashing AAA pitching, hell even Chris Parmelee did that. They just aren't going to face the type of pitching that they need to learn how to deal with by being in Rochester.
  2. Well to be fair he drove one into the seats at a pretty opportune time on Wednesday, but I hear you.
  3. I'm with Stringer, I'd like to see Rosario stay, he's been a plus in the field and he's shown he can have a good bat. It also has the added bonus of keeping Arcia further away from playing in the outfield. Stauffer optioned to make way for Fien, Santana down when Arcia is ready and send either Tonkin or Pressley back to bring up Vargas. If Polanco keeps up his play or Santana goes down and lights it up either of them can make Nunez expendable.
  4. Pavano potentially losing a lot of blood hindered his comeback? I don't think so, Pavano not being very good anymore hindered his comeback. Losing your spleen is not going to hinder much of anything, at least if you still have a functioning liver and a working lymphatic system. In fact most athletes can be back in action 8-10 weeks after having it removed.
  5. Why? Clubhouse too big a risk for colds and flu?
  6. Agreed, and likely precious few who could even lay off it.
  7. Quite the collection of Sox the Twins have picked up lately. I'll see myself out...

  10. I'm guessing he's on fumes. Still discombobulated by being the set up guy and the closer the night before.
  11. And now we know who to blame if we aren't.
  12. 3.....2........1..........................out. Ninja edit.
  13. That a boy Tonkin......just what we wanted.
  14. Didn't Panda make that hit like 23 times last WS? WTF?
  15. I'm still getting used to Plouffe not missing those, getting easier though.
  16. Not sure that says much for Dunce.
  17. Duensing trying his hardest to be Duensing, foiled by Rosario.
