    1-4 to start the season. They aren't a force yet and their over all pitching leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe in a few more years they will be a force.

    That high fast bell gets a lot of the better hitters in baseball. Thats part of the reason Odo thrived using it last year. Back in the day high fast ball were ill advised because players had flatter swings and were worried less about launch angle and more about making solid contact and high fast ball would get smacked hard.

    Finally someone with a good head on their shoulders. Astudillo is a meme and thats about it, liability whenever he is in the line up. I wish he was gone.

    So you say that all of those bad things can happen to the Twins and think that no bad things will happen to the White Sox or Indians either? They will be fine all year and have no injuries or slumps? That makes no sense.

    I personally can NOT WAIT for the regular season to start and have the Astros get abused by other teams fans at EVERY game. Its going to be glorious. I hope they dont even win 70 games. ( Unlikely) but man that would feel good.

    Yeah its a little cringy sounding, like a children's cartoon show. As opposed to Donaldson's nick name "Bringer of Rain" which just sounds bad ass.

    Every argument you just made in this post is incorrect. Donnaldson and Mauer were and are two VERY different players signed for very different reasons. Mauer was a long term answer at catcher and was signed because he was one of the best hitting catchers to ever play the game but was signed thinking he could keep producing batting titles and be a great catcher. Well, one concussion later that all went down the tubes. Donnaldson is one of the better defensive 3bs CURRENTLY in the game and has MONSTER power, and that doesn't look like thats going away soon unless MAJOR injury happens. They are in no way a like. Also, Rosario is expendable imo, sub par defense, stupid base running and terrible plate discipline. If we could land a legit ace through a trade that involved Rosario I would do it in a heart beat. Addition by subtraction.

    Did you actually watch him play? He has been trash at the plate since he left the cities. We moved him later than we should have imo. Could have gotten more for him.
