    Yep. I saw the trades, and was not impressed. Wreaks of low stakes moneyball and tinkering with stats instead of securing playmakers. Saw Rocco/Dyson lose us an easy win against the Marlins, and I say that as someone who has a generally favorable opinion of Rocco.

    This is just such a bummer to watch, we have all of this offensive power and we literally did nothing to bolster or SP and RP. If we make it to the post season, it's just going to look like 2010.

    Someone should really look at the stats this inning vs. the inning Austudillo pitched last year. At least Austudillo's inning was entertaining.

    If that ends up being the case, a mod should delete the thread. I am just a healthy/normal Twins fan that googles Willians Astudillo on a weekly basis and this article was posted(?) after Sunday's game. But I have to admit I was confused as well, especially after he homered and did fairly well on Wednesday last week after being called back up.

    Not sure why people are criticizing Astudillo here. Inconsistency has been an issue, but didn't he have 2 hits and 2 RBIs on Friday? Dude is consistently fun to watch, even though I would love to see him string together a series of games like he did earlier in the year.
