    Nothing is going to happen until it's too late. Like most teams and people in general, the Twins are reactive, not pro-active. As long as we're in first place or close, rocco knows his job is safe.

    Man, only Dick and LaTroy can take a rule interpretation and really make it more confusing.

    These homerun swings by Twins hitters are really taking us out of innings. I had a coach tell me that when you overswing, you pull your head off the ball, you change the trajectory or the plane the bats through, and also you're likely to close your eyes at times during a big swing. The result; pop ups, weak ground balls and / or of course a missed swing.

    Another sad day for baseball fans. Vida Blue dies at the age of 73. I saw him pitch several times, including once at Met Stadium. It was a 'blue' promotion. Just about everyone wore something blue. I remember dying a t-shirt and pants blue. He was something to watch.

    I remember meeting Rich Reese in the corridor to the clubhouse. My high school phys ed teacher was a friend of his, and set up a quick before game meeting. The one thing I remember was a sign on the Twins clubhouse door, "What you see here, do here or say in here, let it stay here". I later read somewhere, Ball four, I think, that his sign was standard throughout MLB stadiums.

    What is with all the Twins infielders going to back handing ground balls.? there's a time when you need to, but you still have to try fielding it properly.

    Yeah, i see them play on TV and they look pretty good. I have a hard time really rooting for them, as being a divisional foe and AJ Hinch isn't one of my favorite people on this earth.

    Then you have Apple/Tv or app. It's the only source for tonight's game. I didn't do anything either, because my daughter had downloaded the Apple tv app, quite some time ago.
