    Does anyone know if Mauer has ever been approached to be a fulltime batting instructor? Is it something he's even interested in? I just wonder if his approach would be something these kids today could even understand.

    I would love to see someone batting behind Gallo, other than Vasquez. Vasquez is not an offensive threat, and Gallo really has to work hard in order to get a good pitch he can drive.

    The Twins just don't have the 'killer instinct'. They consistently fail to put a game away. Whether it's the BP, defense or just decisions, they allow the opposition multiple opportunities. We can only thank we're playing the Royals, and not Houston, Cleveland or some other clubs who have a clue on what to do.
