  1. I'm all about trading players if there is a replacement, but I don't really get all the Rosario trade talk on here. Dude is a stud. Clutch. Gamer. And I get that RBI's are an overrated stat, but they are still pretty important, and Eddie seems to always be near the team lead in them.
  2. Donaldson as well. He's only got a couple or so hits.
  3. Maeda has pitched one game for the Twins. That trade shouldn't be evaluated until a couple years pass of Maeda playing with the team. Now if they win the World Series this year, then the trade is great! lol
  4. Maybe the Liriano/Nathan trade is the last trade the Twins made of any significance.
  5. Thanks, dude! I'm listening a little more intently and you're right; it definitely is at the stadium.
  6. Is the crowd noise only on TV or is it being played at the ballpark?
  7. Now I hate seeing the white sox win, but if they beat Cleveland or the Yankees, then I'm ok with it... lol
  8. Won't be the last time... Athletes do curse.
  9. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3o-DZQFKB8
  10. Definitely do not like the faux crowd noise.
  11. This is what the Twins need. Some edge. Too many clean cut Joe Mauer's.
  12. Don't bring your closer in for a save situation... I'l trust you Rocco.
  13. I feel as if his value would be highest during the season. During the offseason, teams can sign free agents, so there'd be a bigger pool of talent to choose from without necessarily having to give up MLB talent or prospects. Cave is probably not the headliner of a deal, but may be a piece added to not have to give up both Lewis and Kirilloff to get a top notch starter.
  14. Marlins almost have to claim him.
  15. I'm in the minority, but I think it's time for Provus to replace Bremer. Least favorite is Bert. Same old routine and game has definitely surpassed him. We get it, Bert, guys can pitch more than 100 pitches, but the science tells us they lose effectiveness rather quickly and leads to more injuries. Morneau is solid. I really like Galdden. Provus is my favorite. Smalley is OK. Hawkins is decent. Hunter is a little too much for me.
  16. I wonder why baseball didn't try to do like four hub cities that 7-8 teams could have stayed in and played each other... We'll see how it works for the NHL and NBA, but MLB may have made a big mistake with the travel.
  17. True, but that also followed a couple nasty whatever pitch Maeda threw that were like 86 and 85 moving.
  18. If the Cruz played defense, he'd probably have a legit chance at an MVP, and Mike Trout exists...
  19. Could be scary when Sano and Donaldson get going.
  20. I imagine this is a lot of our first time's watching Kenta pitch.
