I thought about naming one of my boys Cole... I was also considering Lignite for a name as well.

No, I was responding to a post about Indy.

 

I was unaware of such a high school in the Twin Cities. Had to look it up. It opened right after I left town in '96. Apparently it just closed. Not a very long shelf life.

 

Yeah, I was behind the curve. Figured it was an Indiana thing after the fact.

HOLY CRAP! Cole De Vries's ERA is 108.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's nice that he's pitched well enough tonight to lower it that much, but let's see if he can sustain that kind of success for a few more outings before we get too excited...

Look at the time... It's 9:30... Two Hours deep and 5 innings haven't been completed. There will be a light smattering of people who stick this one out.

Never got to that neck of the woods too often, back in the day.

 

Might have to touch bases next time I'm "home", although I spend most of my time shuttling between Southport and Franklin.

 

My brother is in Ft Wayne, BTW. So you hit that checkbox too.
