Rosterman Verified Member Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Except for the fact that Hicks has been a disappointment and the Twins so-called depth at centerfield blew up (Mastro, Benson, Thomas)....unless you are a Revere fan (and I am), the Twins still may come out the best in the end. Worley needed innings to recover and is getting them at Rochester, plus we get the service time credit. Meyer is a stud. Even if he shuts down for two years, he's not on the 40-man. May is developing. He will be ehre next year in some capacity. I would hope Hicks will bounce back in 2014. And eventually shift to right or left when Buxton comes up, although I'm not sure why the Twins didn't keep him down-on-the-farm for an extended period just to work that service time issue...they ahd the opportunity with his injury.
