Hawkeye Bean Counter Verified Member Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Looks like we got the good Kremer again today. If can start out well can generally go 5-7 innings. Patzky 1

Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Kremer sneaks in an unexpectedly quick four seamer from time to time.

weitz41 Verified Member Posted August 11 Posted August 11 I get the Jenkins call up screams. But Emma is much more likely of the two to be the 1st called up. He's out of options next season. The team needs to find out if he's an MLB player like a season or more ago...Roden needs more AB's before you can reasonably move on. He's hitting .273/.400OBP/.364 slug in the last seven games. Patience is an extremely valuable asset when it comes to baseball. Over The Hill Again, Patzky and Church of Kreidler 3
Hawkeye Bean Counter Verified Member Posted August 11 Posted August 11 Similar to Bradley last fall and winter it looks like my assessment on Kremer is coming to fruition. Patzky 1

Emmy is up to St Paul now
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 11 Posted August 11 Same situation as the first inning. Let's be more productive here?

Everyone drafted before Jenkins is in the major leagues, there is no reason to hold him back. ERod has not played in over 2 months, he is no where near ready to come up here. He should be extra player called up in September. If they want to contend Jenkins would be up here. You are really stretching to make a case for Roden, 11 AB's and his first double of the year.
