Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted June 21 Posted June 21 (edited) The D-backs have caught the Twins base running bug*. EDIT: base-stealing bug. Actual base running has been pretty good lately. Edited June 21 by Western SD Fan added last sentence
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted June 21 Posted June 21 If Lee had started at third all year, he'd be at like 1.2 fwar. I didn't think he was hitting that well.... His defense definitely held him back. He's not awesome, but he's about league average. Given what weve seen, I'd take average MLB player. Western SD Fan, Danchat and thelanges5 3
Blyleven2011 Verified Member Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Jackson is looking better at throwing out runners , when he first came up he wasn't doing well in the running game ... More playing time makes you better ... Patzky 1

Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Here is where using Gomez last night could hurt us. Always seems to be the case when you bring in your "closer" for mop up work and then you will likely need him the next day. At least his night last night was fairly efficient.
