Ryan Gallagher didn't have the flashiest performance after the Twins acquired him from the Cubs at the 2025 trade deadline. But he has some upside as a back-end of the rotation starter, which reminds Jeremy of what Nick Blackburn was like as a prospect (with much lower velocity).
