Be a shame if we can't keep Bader. He willed us a win last night.

$10m mutual option for 2026. If I were in the FO I’d exercise it. He may not want to stay with this group.

According to the Marlins PR staff, this was Perez' best day in two years, thanks to the Twins' bats:

RHP Eury Pérez recorded a season-high 6.0 scoreless innings and seven strikeouts while allowing just one hit and one walk today vs. Minnesota . It marks his most innings and strikeouts in a start since Aug. 26, 2023 vs. Washington (6.0 IP, 7 K)

He was on base. Wallner and France haven't been. Just saying 😉

Wallner was on 3 bases and a plate with 1 swing

I'm just excited that Lewis not only legged out the dribbler, but his hammies are still intact.

Baby steps, but I think Royce looks better today. He was pretty wobbly before today. Hard to play without legs.

That was in case he needed a walking cane to get back to the dugout.

Festa could go another inning. I think he should. He won't with his pitch count and Topa warming up. Festa looked pretty good - 3 ER (I'm not letting Lee off because he dropped the ball hit to him). Miami has been hot and the Twins had strong starts from Ryan, Woods Richardson, and Festa.

Hey, hey, Big Matt caught one.

It was E Lee

Again, so what else is new?  We perform that kind of service for a lot of pitchers.

Sometimes Topa looks like he knows what he's doing out there.

Yeah, very clever to get that 110 MPH rocket directly at Castro for the 4U DP.

Its complicated.

$10M mutual option for 2026.

https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/02/twins-to-sign-harrison-bader.html

Seems like I remember reading that these mutual options never seem to get exercised.  Would like to see if he would resign a 2 year 8-9M per year contract.  That gives us a quality fielder with the time needed for a Jenkins/Eeles/Rodriguez to see if they can establish themselves.

Kept his pitch count down too.

Right into Willi's mittz made it so easy for him
