The Minnesota Twins were inactive in the Major League phase of today's Rule 5 Draft, but added four new players to the system in the minor league phase. They selected left-handed starting pitcher Rafael Marcano, catcher Rafael Escalante, utility guy Angel Del Rosario and right-handed reliever Sheldon Reed. Here is some info and highlights on the new additions.
