The Minnesota Twins were off but there was still plenty to go over in the minor leagues tonight. Kyle Garlick mashed another lefty for the Saints. Alerick Soularie showed off his incredibly streamlined swing on a homer for Wichita while Hunter McMahon showed how to pitch smarter not harder. In Cedar Rapids, Tanner Schobel -- Midwest League Player of the Month for June -- stayed hot. He was 3-for-3 with a homer and a pair of walks. One of his singles came on a nine-pitch at-bat.
