Michael Helman and Jordan Balazovic have impressed for the St. Paul Saints of late. Here's a look at some of their highlights from Tuesday's action. Helman, coming off a 20-40 season, hit a three-run home run in what was a big offensive performance and Balazovic, working his way back up to a starter's workload, struck out five batters over four shutout innings. Both these guys could see time with the Minnesota Twins at some point this summer.

It appears that Helman could help the Twins. We need players that can hit and he is having another good year with a good average and power. I think he can play the outfield.  Without better hitters the Twins will have a hard time winning games. Good pitching is important, but hitters still need to score 3 or 4 runs per game for the Twins to be a winning team.

Let's bring Helman up and see if he can help the Twins.

The flexibility in the future would be crazy if Hellman is a legit breakout prospect.  Can you imagine the flexibility when Lewis gets here with Hellman, Castro, and Gordon on the bench.   Hopefully, Martin is better than all of them and displaces one of them.  That would make it easy to have Julien on the roster as a primary DH.

I had kind of written off Balazovic.  It would be great if once again becomes one of our best pitching prospects.  The same could be said for Canterino who is presently out of sight and out of mind..
