Aaron Thompson Gets 50 Game Suspension

Phil Mackey just reported that Twins minor league pitcher Aaron Thompson violated baseball's drug rules and will be suspended 50 games.

General manager Terry Ryan confirmed it was a "recreational" substance that triggered the positive test for Thompson, who was reassigned to minor league camp earlier this month.
