If you want updated rosters with full, accurate minor leagues check out MLB 13 The Show Forums - Operation Sports Forums. This community does awesome work and posts full rosters out on the Vault. It's pretty awesome to play a season and have the option to call up real prospects rather than their fake players. Plus they tweak some of the weird rankings to give a more realistic player landscape.

 

They also build histrorical rosters of the full league (on last years version I think I have 65, 69, 75, 84, 95). Pretty cool stuff.
