stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 However, get ‘em on and walk home happens a lot!
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Berrios pitcher of record.... for the WIN now! I guess it is ace like to not have your ace stuff, but you only give up 2 runs, deliver a quality start, and even persevere poor defense. I sure wish we had 5 of him.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Author Posted April 27, 2019 Trying to give Hildy another day off going to May here?
PDX Twin Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Trying to give Hildy another day off going to May here? Waiting until the bases are loaded.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Author Posted April 27, 2019 Fantastic showing from Trevor May. Would be nice for the pen to see him step up as a quality fourth reliever.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Efficiency, thy name is May! Now, more runs, please.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Atta buddy May! Slidermania coming up from Tanner Scott. He was brutal last week.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Umpires are all probably brain damaged from gettng hit in the head. No wonder they make so many errant calls.......
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Back end of the bullpen is rested. Bring it home boys!

Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Author Posted April 27, 2019 Interesting to bring Buxton into the game now
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Interesting to bring Buxton into the game nowI've been listening but not watching. My assumption is Buck probably told Rocco he could go.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 That may have been the best home run today given who hit it and how far.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Not a cheapie. Watching on GameDay. 435 feet!

Polanco makes sense, but not until Sano comes back. When Sano is back, I see the top of the order being: SS PolancoLF Eddie Rosario3B Miguel SanoDH Nelson Cruz1B CJ CronRF Max Kepler Go Twins. Player of the game prediction: CJ Cron Kepler has a higher obp than Rosario. In fact, it’s higher than everyone except Cruz, Polanco, Castro and Garver. There is zero reason to move Kepler because there is simply no better candidate for the leadoff job.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 If Buck needs a pinch runner maybe Pineda can go in.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 If Buck needs a pinch runner maybe Pineda can go in.Pineda would have been safe by two feet.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 They're talking about Rickey Henderson. His success rate on stolen bases was not that great. Not bad, but he took his team out of scoring chances enough that his baserunning was not a big plus.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Steal home! Let's have some fun!
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Author Posted April 27, 2019 CASTRO. CRUSHED. HOLY COW
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 That was crushed by Castro! Gonzalez and Castro. Great developement at the end of this game.

He was a big plus on base paths
