Anyone want an autograph from Justin Morneau?  Justin Morneau is partnering with Fan HQ for his coat drive this year and it sounds like if you drop off a coat at Fan HQ, you can get a free autographed photo of Morneau. Last I heard, some of the other things they offer were running out, but I think they still have these available. Here's the press release:

JUSTIN MORNEAU COAT DRIVE TO BENEFIT

THE SALVATION ARMY HARBOR LIGHT

MINNETONKA, MN – Fan HQ is excited to announce the 9th Annual Justin Morneau Winter Warm-Up Coat Drive to benefit The Salvation Army.

Fans can trade their new or gently-used winter coats for autographs.  Those who donate one winter coat will receive a photo autographed by Morneau.  Fans who donate five winter coats will receive a ticket to meet Morneau, Joe Mauer and Corey Koskie on December 1st.  Those who donate 33 or more coats achieve MVP status with special benefits.

The meet and greet with Morneau, Mauer and Koskie takes place from 11:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, December 1st at the Ridgedale Center Fan HQ store.  The group will sign autographs and pose for photos with donors.

Coats are currently being accepted and can be dropped off at Fan HQ stores in Ridgedale Center (Minnetonka) or Eden Prairie Center.  Coats collected will be distributed to those in need in the Twins Cities.

"Minnesota winters are extremely harsh and no one should have to worry about keeping themselves or their family warm,” Morneau said. "The donated coats are distributed to those in need by The Salvation Army Harbor as quickly as they are collected."

Justin is available for advance media appearances.  Contact Shaun Hagglund at Fan HQ at 952-545-6460 to arrange media opportunities.

Justin will hold a brief interview session at the beginning of the autograph session at Fan HQ on December 1st (11:00 a.m.).

Media outlets wishing to film or record during the event on December 1st should contact Ridgedale Center in advance at 952-541-4864.

The Justin Morneau Coat Drive began in 2010. Since 2010 over 26,600 coats have been donated and distributed to those in need by The Salvation Army Harbor Light Center in Minneapolis, MN.

Fan HQ is an independently-owned sports memorabilia and apparel retail store specializing in autographed items and officially licensed clothing with locations in the Ridgedale Center (Minnetonka, MN) and Eden Prairie Center (Eden Prairie, MN).
