Recommend Prospect Handbook

I bought a copy of the 2016 Prospect Handbook and want to send a shout of thanks to the authors. They did an incredibly thorough job and I'm enjoying going through it. I would definitely recommend everyone to get it if they want more insight on the Twins' farm system. 

 

For me there are three other positives about it. First, by buying it you are supporting and encouraging Seth, Jeremy and Cody's efforts and I'm sure this only helps out the Twins Daily site. I look on this site all the time and don't pay a dime for great insight and conversation - we are lucky to have Twins Daily.Second, as I've mentioned in another posting I'm going to spring training for the first time ever and this book will help me understand who I'm seeing as I walk around the complex. Third, my youngest son has now picked up the book and he is learning more about the up and coming Twins of the future and I am gradually molding him into a solid Twins fan instead of a (gasp) Royals fan since we live much closer to KC than Minnesota.

We definitely see the Prospect Handbook as beneficial for Twins fans in many ways. Learning about the prospects. Giving the prospects some recognition for all the work they put in. As a coffee table book for Twins fans when they hear a name of a prospect, or to impress their friends. 

 

And honestly, as someone who hated reading when I was in elementary school, a book that young Twins fans can get into and make them interested in reading. 

 

We're proud of this year's book, and the previous books... so it's nice to hear that people see the benefit in it.
