Pelfrey is a national league starter

 

I have never understood this one.  Doesn't that just mean he is about the 5th starter on the worst team?  But because it is the NL he may put up a 4.60 ERA?

 

It is not as if his stuff would profile in the NL better than anyone else, or that NL teams aim for bad pitchers.
