Cedar Lake Trail - Entrance to Target Field?

If you've ever cycled or walked along the Cedar Lake Trail, you have most likely noticed that it passes close to Target Field. In fact, the path follows directly under Target Field! However, the nearest exit to the field from CLT is a few blocks away on either side. I think it would be a nice way to reward fans who avoided clogging up the streets by having an entrance that leads to a gate from the path. It looks like there is a valet parking entrance just on the other side of the fence on the south side of Target Field. With some covered bike racks and a CCTV camera in place, you'd have a really nice way to slip into the ballpark!

I always bike to the games. (Don't own a car so don't really have a choice.) It's much more ideal than paying for a parking spot and dealing with all the congested traffic.

 

Helpful tip: If you take the light rail to the game, don't hop on the Target Field station when the game is finished (lines are crazy) Just walk to the next light rail station (Govt center?) and you'll save a ton of time.
