Harrison .382 BA with hits in 8 of those games

Hicks  .371 BA with hits in 7 of those games

Walker  .297 BA with hits in 8 of those games

Polanco .250 BA with hits in 7 of those games

Turner .250 BA with hits in 6 of those games

Michael .208 BA with hits in 5 of those games

Gonzalez .205 BA with hits in 6 of those games

Buxton .195 BA with hits in 5 of those games

Sano  .182 BA with hits in 5 of those games

 

I'm really excited about how the Double H boys are playing thus far.  Harrison was always a solid hitter and Hicks has always been underrated. IMO

 

This team is going to take off when everyone finds their groove.

Adding Kepler will help too... I'm happy for Harrison. I picked him as my preseason minor league hitter of the year and believe in him a lot. Good to see him off to a good start. Hicks was down last year but does a really nice job producing funs. 

 

There's a lot of potential in this group, but they're playing against generally much older competition (3-5 years).  They will need to make some adjustments.

I'm going to wildly go out on a limb and forecast that by the end of June, the top three names will have lower BAs, while the latter two's BAs will be much higher.

I am anxious to see Buxton pick up the pace. Sano is going to be an all or nothing type of guy to some extent.

 

Buxton, we had all hoped, was going to be a pseudo Puckett.
