No GCL for Gordon?

During yesterday's broadcast Dick mentioned that Nick Gordon would start with Elizabethton, does anyone have conformation of this? If so I like the aggressive move by the Twins. This my even indicate he has a chance to be in Cedar Rapids by the end of the year (though I doubt it).

Gordon will travel to Ft. Myers, Fla. to participate in the Twins mini-camp before reporting to the Elizabethton Twins in the Appalachian League. Elizabethton is scheduled to open their season in Greenville on June 19.
