Can't really be mad at the Hicks at bat either. He hit that pretty solid, which is good to see.

Brian Doziers birthday... According to Bert. 27 Years old... That's his prime of life and also when Jimi Hendrix... Janis Joplin... Kurt Cobain and Fat Pat died.

I'd still pitch to him unless second or third were occupied and first base was open. I'm not a fan of the IBB and feel that it ends up burning teams as often as it helps.

 

Hughes is now pitching in Target Field, not Fenway or Yankee Stadium. Ortiz can't homer on a lazy flyball in this stadium. He'll have to crush it to get it out... Obviously, Ortiz is fully capable of doing that but it makes his job harder.

like yesterday and the day before? Twins pitchers would have been better off putting it on a Tee for Mr. Ortiz.
