Development more than evaluation, IMO.  Also I think we stress defense too much.  Pinto, Polanco and Santana at SS for example.

I dont like how our "hitting" coaches want to change people..hey if they arrive in MLB, they are what they are, have we seen a successfull change yet?

Arcia, probably will never be the same...and there are many others..tell me one player, that has gotten to be a better hitter once arriving at the major league level
