    I am thinking that ChiTown has never had the thrill of starting a game thread and making it sticky, and she could have a civilizing influence.

    I wonder how much the market affects these numbers. I think that Vegas adjusts the numbers if too many people are betting either the over or the under.

    I made a Vegas bet before the season started. If the Twins win 68 then the bet is a tie and I get my money back If the Twins win more than 68 then I get my money back plus more. At this point, I would be glad to get just the 68, mainly because this would provide an excuse to go to Vegas,

    Another excellent setup by Brian. I hope that people appreciate the hard work that Brian does to set the stage for every game. I especially liked #5 tonight.

    Nice to see Diamond get a win, even though it was against a weak opponent.

    I would add that people who are on TD a LOT tend to participate in game threads a lot, and a key factor in selecting moderators is that we look for people who spend a lot of time on TD in general, not just game threads.

    There is no such thing as a game thread regulator and this is not a clique thing. ChiTown was selected based on her overall body of work, including posts in other threads.

    Just in case anyone has not noticed, we now have a new moderator. I won't mention any names, but her avatar looks like a sunset and she knows how to bake apple crisps.
