    i didnt read all the posts in this thread... im sure it has been beat into the ground but his plate appearances are awful for a number 3 hitter. i mean do pitchers fear joe mauer?? probably not. he just seems so indifferent. it would make my day and probably everyone elses if he struck out and started smashing sh*t in the dugout.

    i think in that situation he needs to be swinging the bat. but maybe he has bilateral heart weakness and doesnt really give a crap

    he was one of the weaker bats on the bench hitting .223 last year in 96 games. but did have some rbi and hr which we could use.

    totally agree with this statement. we just need some timely hitting. which has been the story all along. with all the crap that happened last year to the twins they surely will be better if healthy. who knows maybe cabrera takes another grounder to the face, prince gets cheesburger poisoning and verlander has unilateral ulna weakness. all the sudden we could win the division. #itcouldbehappening

    parmelee should absolutely be playing with the twins. he is hitting .397 and slugging .664 in this video game on my phone. if these numbers can translate to real life, the twins will be dealing with an "MVP-type" player. also we could use a few extra HR!!

    just wanna say i think this site is great! negativity is everywhere just gotta brush it off. i think people have the right to say what they want good or bad. you will have some people stirring the pot a little. its human nature.
