    heh ... there's a lot of beach down there ... and he lives in Cape Coral ... so I'll avoid the beaches over there

    I was in a music video once, years ago, with a similar look as the 'Addicted to Love' girls

    Well, hmm, not sure I should tell this story ... but ... I named my cello ... Apollo ... and used to joke ... 'I have the god of music between my thighs.'

    Heh ... my sister met Jane Goodall this summer.

    Not that I recall. Closest probably was when Jake and Joe were both at Spring Training together; Jake was invited more as a 'courtesy' to help his little brother adjust, I think.

    lol ... I own a cello; it was my major in college. And one of my closest friends is the piccolo player in the orchestra ... she might have one I can borrow ... hopefully not one that's made of gold or platinum!

    Actually ... lol ... frozen ... Trader Joe's grilled onions and peppers ... bought them for another purpose that eludes me now, but they came to good use.

    Actually, only one person commented on the game to me today. But then, I wasn't around the stage crew today ... they are the ones who give it to me the most.

    yes! I'm hoping I can go to work tomorrow and not have to hide out because of the game.

    lol ... I made noodles last night for supper. But no cream of anything soup went on them. Just some grilled peppers and onions, seasoning, a little butter, a little oil and cheese. Basically what I had on hand, which wasn't much.

    Hey! I'm sort of insulted by that (because I don't think it looks that good), but it's probably true. I bake, I don't cook.

    I don't think he was trying it out during games ... just ... in practice? Or something? I did read something about this, though, that they were developing 'better' equipment ... a la the enhanced batting helmet.

    I thought you put that in there for me! Tell the truth, you'd be disappointed if I DIDN'T say something!

    Wasn't there something said that Joe (and others) were testing out some new equipment with thicker padding or some such? Thought I read that. Something that was being tested to help with the heavy dings.

    I am starting to get a little concerned at who might show up at my door for some. Thankfully my building has a 24 hr doorman.
