The problem I’m talking about has been going on for years. The philosophy of this website changed long ago. They’d rather post 10 Buzzfeed quality articles per day than 2 thought provoking ones. And hey, I guess the TD ownership team isn’t wrong. An author can write an article “3 signs baseball is on the way” 1. It’s January. 2. Time keeps moving. 3. The season hasn’t been cancelled. It’s really unfortunate this site has been on auto-pilot for years while the ownership team builds new sites for other baseball teams. In the early years I learned a ton about the game, and felt like an informed and knowledgeable baseball fan. Now we get articles like how the Twins can win a WS 7 years from now and by listing the current top 10 prospects hitting their 99th percentile outcome. Examples like this is why my Caretaker subscription won’t be renewed.

Season 2 of Severance starts on Friday on Apple TV+ so I started the subscription again and am pleasantly surprised with Shrinking. Watched the first episode of Silo as well and that looks good too but I haven’t had time to dive in fully yet.

This needs to be a trenches focused offseason. The IOL needs to be addressed once and for all. It’s abundantly clear Brandel is a backup caliber player. Bradbury has bothered me for literal years. Risner is another backup caliber player. Beef up the OL.
