    Gonzalez throwing 29 pitches in the first inning, a night after the Brewers used 6 relievers, is a good sign. Get a win today, smoke a Texas team that's 1-7 in the last 8 before today's game, and hope the Yankees bludgeon the Indians pitchers, and we're back in good shape.

    Yeah, that's my point--there's no way Cleveland wanted a DH today, except for the business people who want the money. Any person in a baseball role wanted a potential makeup game delayed to the end of the year.

You clearly don't think the FO is good, which is what led multiple posters to point out they have assembled a team on pace to win 100 games, only 3 years after the same organization lost 100 games. Blame them for not making more deals all you want, but its ridiculous to assert that the first 3 years of the Falvine administration have been anything but successful.
