  1. More wishful thinking than anything else.
  2. A jack from C4 would sure be nice here.
  3. Plus someone who isn't afraid to kick some rear end on this team.
  4. We desperately need someone to light a spark under this team and/or not be afraid to kick some significant behind in the clubhouse. Right now, we clearly don't possess any of that.
  5. And seems to play with more passion and spark than we do.
  6. I know it's a hypothetical question, but why do we generally seem to have such a difficult time against some of the dregs of the AL? Especially when most of our counterparts don't.
  7. AARGH. I'm not overly confident about our ability to score at least 3 runs in the next 2 innings. Except for the 3 runs in the 2nd, we've pretty much done squat offensively since the 4th inning of game 1. I hope we're not entering one of those kind of streaks again.

  9. Those numbers are so small, you almost need a microscope to see them. And yet, we don't need a microscope to see him in the lineup almost every game.

  12. That's what that sonic boom I heard must have been from!
  13. No shutout. But we'll take well played games like this any time.
  14. Guardians down 2-0 to Toronto. Bottom of the 8th.
  15. Now whomever pitches the 9th needs to get the same memo.
  16. And rather traumatic for those like Gallo who rarely see a base up close when not on defense.
  17. Right. Tigger pitchers probably felt sorry for him and put him on base, figuring he might not know how to respond while out there. Haha.
