They need a hitting coach who can actually get through to them. Popkins apparently can't, at least not yet. Same kind of cr** we saw from this offense most of the past few seasons. And it's getting tougher and tougher to watch with each passing game.

Thought we had one in that first game against the Yanks. But I was mistaken (the 11 run outburst against Boston notwithstanding).
  3. IndyTwinsFan
    A classic understatement.
  4. IndyTwinsFan
Pathetic doesn't adequately describe my sentiments right now.
  5. IndyTwinsFan
Words cannot adequately describe how disgusted I am with this team's play most of the past couple of weeks or so.
  6. IndyTwinsFan
... losing yet another very winnable game.
  7. IndyTwinsFan
Yet again, this team is so incompetent on offense that they're basically unwatchable. Absolutely disgusting!
  8. IndyTwinsFan
I'd bet against that happening. Sadly.
  9. IndyTwinsFan
Bullpen has not looked good at all the past few games. Not a good sign, even with strong performances by the starters.
  10. IndyTwinsFan
Save for the one swing by Gallo.
  11. IndyTwinsFan
    I couldn't agree more!
  12. IndyTwinsFan
I think that one may have sealed a win for Washington. I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect I'm not.
  13. IndyTwinsFan
AARGH! Bullpen doesn't do it's job, again!
  14. IndyTwinsFan
I'd hit "Like" multiple times, if I could.
  15. IndyTwinsFan
Problem is he'll probably just tap dance around the question and not really answer it.
  16. IndyTwinsFan
There's the Twinkies we all know and love -- Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
  17. IndyTwinsFan
    Amen!
  18. IndyTwinsFan
I've seen enough of this garbage. Will likely end up losing a very winnable game. ARGH!
  19. IndyTwinsFan
I wouldn't put this in the win category quite yet.
  20. IndyTwinsFan
Just not the right kind of offensive inning.
  21. IndyTwinsFan
I'd love to say yes, but my head is saying "not a chance in he**" of that happening.
  22. IndyTwinsFan
    So true.
  23. IndyTwinsFan
Let's add some poor defense to the poor offense we're already seeing. UGH!
  24. IndyTwinsFan
Yet another unproductive inning from our impotent offense. Gee, imagine that! AARGH.
  25. IndyTwinsFan
And some on this board last season thought that the hiring of David Popkins as hitting coach would be the be-all and end-all to the team's multiple hitting problems. So, how's that working for you? Not very well, in my mind.
