  1. We know at least one cant be bothered to run to 1st on a dropped third strike.
  2. Focusing on one error by one player in one game seems to me to miss a lot, but to each his own.
  3. Maybe because Bader making a one-off error that he probably never made before and probably will never make again is multiple orders of magnitude less of a factor in what ails this organization. Organizational philosophy and execution is where the focus should be.
  4. This was a low point for me. I've ranted on this before... watching teams run at will on the Twins is irritating. But what sends my blood pressure through the roof is the arrogance of this organization. They long ago came to the conclusion that baserunning isn't important, and by God no amount of evidence to the contrary will change their minds. After all, you don't need to actually play baseball these things are decided by spreadsheet. Pitchers dont know how to hold runners and the concept is ignored. We NEVER pitch out. We never change our catcher's stance...one knee on the ground no matter what. Meanwhile, we stand around on base and wait for the inevitable GDP . Add in lackluster effort, clumsy at best defense, and one indifferent AB after another, and this team bottomed out today. But let's just keep the management in place.
  5. Concur The "piggyback" idea is unworkable. A better idea would be to forego the silly idea that somehow it's become impossible for a starter to go through the lineup more than twice.
  6. Nice ******* hustle Bader on that popup that dropped.
  7. And yet again a Twins runner stands with his thumb up his ass at first, waiting for the GDP. Buxton no less
  8. One weak ground ball after another. Zero adjustments.
  9. Maybe Miserwhatsis's performance last night on the mound needs to be put in perspective.
  10. Does it matter? He had a 1 hit shutout through 5 on 53 pitches in Houston and Rocco STILL pulled him
  11. I had the exact thought. Same with Buxtom earlier. I mean, COME ON.
  12. This is embarrassing. This looks like a good high school team toying with bad one. They run the bases with impunity.
  13. Buxton cant beat out an infield chopper for a force at 2nd, but random Milwaukee guy can.
  14. This organization doesn't believe those types of things are important.
