    A guy that I worked with at a summer job way back when I was in college was named Aaron Henry. Yes, we quickly nicknamed him Hank and as far as I know, it still sticks today.

    I got my review of 3-man today in a game since we have playoffs starting next week and once you remember how the responsibilities work, it's like riding a bike.

    Hey Dick, it's not difficult to do 3-man umpiring. Everyone knows what they're responsible for. So of course they got those calls right. It's a very small adjustment.

    I don't think much of CB Bucknor as an umpire but damn, those cage rattlers are the absolute worst. And he wears that hockey-style mask that is supposed to be safer than the standard mask (I've never tried it, just heard reports about it). Looks like it got him closer to the throat area which might have pushed that bottom piece into him. Ooof, that just gives me chills whenever I see that cuz I've been there, though not to that severity.

    That's a hell of a mistake on 0 and 2 when your catcher is set up outside and you try to bust the batter inside. Maybe that's why you'll only be a AAA pitcher, Boshers.
