    Odo blew through about half of his pitch limit in the first inning. Hopefully the nerves are behind him and he can go out and give us 3 more innings.

    Welp. We just lost back to back games to the Pirates and the Royals. Not something that should be happening. We threw none of our top arms tonight, and only gave up 3 runs. I didn't expect the offense to be shut down by Jakob Junis and the Royals bullpen. The offense was not there at all tonight, which is starting to become a slightly worrisome trend through 2 weeks. Hopefully we can bounce back this weekend and take 2 of 3. Until tomorrow, Go Twins

    Sure they do, but last years teams would burry teams when they got up early. This team (sans the one game in Chicago) has yet to do that this year. Seems like they are content being up 3 or 4 runs, and tries to flip a switch if/when it is needed again.

    Yeah, that is the vibe I kind of got too throughout the entire series. We knew we were the better team, and turned it on when we needed to (other than today in the 9th). That isn't going to work out so much against the better teams. Would've really liked that one with the matchup today, especially with Smeltzer going tomorrow, and Odo making his first start Saturday, neither of which are guarantees for good outcomes.

    Welp. That was not a great game from Rogers....in fact, it really sucked. Nothing really hit all that hard, but they found holes. I'll take 3 of 4 from the Pirates, but wasn't a huge fan of how we played all series. Kinda seemed like we were sleepwalking and expecting to win. Until tomorrow, Go Twins
