    He's come out of the pen three times already and that was entirely planned. Maybe we should be discussing why he's on the DL right now?

    I'm not sure what a slump looks like for him though with how great his K/BB rates are. i guess I could see his power numbers taking a step backwards but I don't see his batting average and OBP ever being much lower than they are right now.

    No it's not, not at all. Polanco has a weak arm for a SS and his footwork and hands have looked shaky at best every time I've seen him play.

    Grossman and Santana should NEVER be in the outfield together. What the hell is Paul thinking here? Max is better against righties and Buxton is finally getting something going. I may also be upset because I'm going to the game tonight but come on man.

    There are a lot of overdue promotions in the Twins org right now but there is one that stands out above the rest for me. It is absolutely egregious that Hildenberger hasn't at least gotten promoted to Rochester. He has posted a 0.72 ERA, 0.72 WHIP, .160 AVG against, 44 Ks in 37.2 IP and is 25 years old. Seriously, WHAT DOES THIS GUY HAVE TO DO??????

    Our all-star has finally come back down to earth. His OPS is .564 in the month of July and now .770 on the season. Can we stop forcing this guy into the lineup every day?

    Lewin Diaz is 3-3 tonight so far and Kirilloff is 2-3 with another HR. That's an exciting duo down in E-Town.
