Yes, Really. I'm pretty sure if someone got a hit from the on deck circle, it'd be negated for being out of the batter's box, if not actively interfering with someone else's plate appearance. But maybe i don't understand what you mean. As i infer from an abundance of punctuation, i might have confused you too? But perhaps Qbert was ahead of his time...
