    My family considered visiting the Dells, but somehow we always opted for elsewhere, like Gooseberry State Park one 4th of July, when we were perhaps the only part of the state not in the upper 90s. And to hear pa tell it, we had our own natural fire works display. Naturally we stayed in the tent through it to keep dry. More often, though we headed west, playing the "count the wall drug signs" game. I wonder if there are still more than a 100?

    Sorry. I guess nits are there to be picked... That said, there is also something to be said for setting achievable goals, or setting oneself* up for success. (one'self? ones'elf? i like to at least keep faillure interesting...)

    I would prefer to take 'em 3 of 4 down south, all things being equal. But 2 of 3 works for now... If only we could save sunny days for a rainy day, but alas, that isn't so easy... Spend it wisely. Next best thing, i guess. I gonna be trying to play music roughly an hour into the game myself...

    Yeah. Friends i woulda stayed with in the Twin cities had an Aunt pass on this past week. If i were visiting them, it would be worth missing stuff at home on Sunday. But i got what i come fer. Minnesota will still be here next time i come this way. Maybe then the Twins will have a home game as well...
