4 runs, 3 outs. Did they catch up?

Can't complain... Excepting the lack of complaints. 4 runs, 1 out. That is impressive ERA eh?

Just makin' it interesting...

60% chance of optimism...

And i thought i was going to be able to watch the whole game... Oh well... What'd i miss?

The enemy's gate is down! Like off a duck.

We lost again. Hollow, all is hollow. Naught but dust and dry bones.

I hope the Twins do well until the trade deadline. And even after.

Huzzah! 5 is right out!

Yup. Not even if the Angels dangled Trout could they pry them from the Twins.

Thanks! We will take good care. Babies like chicken, right?

Aorta find that funny. Oops, that should have been a knock^2 punchline... Oh yeah, welcome to New England!

Just as long as they keep their rebounding edge, i'm happy.

Ah. Twins do have two hearts, eh? Here i was trying to recall my Klingon anatomy...

This Rodney fellow didn't pitch so bad in the 9th. I could get used to 2Ks and an F8.

Didn't i tell ya she wouldn't marry that rotten Humperdink?

You are more than welcome to some of mine. A little can go a long way.

Can't recall when first caught it. Is youthful optimism really eternal? Golly i hope so!

We can come back from a 2-1 deficit, right?

Only 4 walks and a hit by pitch in 4 innings. None of which seems to have hurt. It's the single, triple, and sac fly what scored 2 off him.

Batting leadoff and playing second.

Concur.

Got swept in my softball double header. Don't think that means anything regarding the Twins game though. Oh well.

Topsy Turvy Game Thread intro: Detroit. Not too far from where you go South of the Boarder and wind up in Canada. I forget, do we expect them to pay for a wall? They might at that, if it is shown to improve health. They care. Gardenhire. Is in the other dug out. Maybe i'm a little behind the times... Should i be checking on other fixtures too? Dougie Baseball? Tom Kelly? Where will it all end? Patience. We got prospects learning their craft. Trains don't stop on a dime. And i've seen some of the pennies they've tried to stop on... Bunthorne's Bride. (It's the subtitle for Patience) It is a mildly literary reference. It's a a latter 19th century light opera about the aesthetic movement. And fads in general. There are perhaps unexpected aspects of fads and fandoms, eh? "I didn't anticipate that when i first put this uniform on." Play ball! I got a softball double header i am about to rush off to. Should be fun. Is this a bullpen game thread? I guess so. Take care of it for me. Twins Jake Odorizzi ( R) 1. Brian Dozier ( R) 2B 2. Eddie Rosario (L) LF 3. Eduardo Escobar (S) 3B 4.
