    Not that bad yet... though data collected thuss far indicates there is sloppiness to our play and that we are letting score as plentifully as... Rabbits. (Hopefully RB will cut me some slack on this being 7001, rather than 7000. But if not, it is what i get for posting on mobile devices so it is less easy to keep tabs on it, and accidentally splitting yer welcome and tough get going post in twain.)

    Labor day is to celebrate unions, right? How best to do that in a game thread... 1. Sing a Folk or Protest song? What's yer fave? 2. Watch a cartoon about fat cats and quick little rodents. Got any recommendations? 3. Root for the Minnesota Twins and their devotion to team play, be it productive outs, sacrifices, 1 if by ground, 2 if by air. And of course getting each other's back. 4. Jokes. It is important to have a "yes i can, sir!" attitude. Once we even had a "do, sir!" attitude with us. Now the Dodgers do... 5. Last minute heroics. Sometimes minute is right.     I think what i like about it is that the primary pitcher no longer has to go 5 innings to earn the win... Just a little statistical thing. We can't expect to get it right the first time, can we? Anyway, still got it muted in the back ground. I might do something else though... And i was remembering this quote... Not sure how applicable it is... "Littell beat big if Littell is smart. First with the the head, then with the heart."
