    Today represents the half-way point of the Twins schedule. The Twins sit currently at 52-28 and the math says (Add the 2, carry the 6, divide the numerator and multiply by 1) this evening represents game 81. I'm still surprised the Twins have 52 wins at this point of the season. I'd have been happy with 51, maybe even 50! But 52? Get out of town... The Twins train, despite injuries, continues to roll on and win games. Which depth, as has been pointed out by others, has been key to the Twins continuing success this year. Now, the Twins, after playing all day and half the night, move on to Chicago to play the White Sox. Hopefully, the Twins shake off the long drawn out game of yesterday and put the hurt on the White Sox. *A bit of music for Carole With that, we move on to the 5 QUESTIONS section: 1. Berrios: Is Berrios settling back into his groove. 2. Sox: Are they truly getting better? 3. Twins: Are they mainlining coffee in order to stay awake for this game? 4. Errors: Will the Sox continue to trend in a positive direction, for the Twins, when it comes to fielding mishaps? Pitching for the Twins: Jose Berrios Pitching for the Sox: TBD (Wow, this TBD guy must get DFA'd a lot, because this is the second time the Twins have faced him) 5. Play Ball!

    So, far, the much maligned Twins bullpen has kept the Rays and the Sox in check over extra innings. Interesting.

    Sort of looks like the Twins are pitching Choi rather carefully.

    Yeah, and the guy who fielded the ball spiked it into the ground, which made things interesting for the guy at second. Putting the ball in play means the guys fielding have to make a play. And, in this case, they had to work very hard to make that play.

    7 innings of 2 run ball from Perez and, so far, 6 innings of no-run ball from the bullpen. Who are these people and where is the real Twins pitching staff?

    I find it odd to see a player like Cave rip up Triple A and be completely lost at the MLB level.

    I think Gibson could survive Left Field. Not so sure about catcher.

    Am I the only one who'd like to see Gibson in left field, if only for the entertainment factor?
