    I agree. I had to listen to Atteberry for a couple innings tonight and couldn't take it anymore. Just terrible. He's got Perk with him tonight, who I like. Then, I get home to be treated to Smalley and Spannie. UGH!

    Just LOVE these guys swinging at pitches in the dirt...then taking one right down broadway for strike three!

    As others have stated...his velo is fine. His issues are due to his command, which is probably directly related to the oblique injury. The pitch selection is coming from the bench...either Rocco or Maki, and they not utilizing Duran's FB as much as it should be. Stop messing around with off speed stuff and throw gas. The guy is our best weapon out of the pen, and he's not being used correctly. If Duran was on a different team, he'd be lights out.

    Very nice performance from Paddack. One bad pitch in the 1st inning, and we're gonna lose this 2-1 because we're asleep at the plate.

    26 innings without scoring a run...is beyond pathetic. A solo shot by Jeffers in the 1st inning of the first game...and NADA! No doubt we have some kind of mental block against the effing Yankees, and it's been going on forever, but that three game lack of production was just putrid. Time to suck it up and put some runs on the board for a change! Maybe play a little defense too, and SWR better give us something to go along with that.
